The Storyteller Chef

Cooking Schools, Lessons, Workshops

The Storyteller Chef creates unforgettable food experiences that bring people together through food, fire and story.

Interactive sessions where Zach brings the flavours of Country to life, sharing the stories behind each ingredient while cooking over open flame. These demonstrations are entertaining, educational and ideal for festivals, councils and tourism events wanting to celebrate Indigenous food culture.

Immersive multi-course dining experiences where guests are guided through a menu that blends traditional ingredients with modern techniques. Each dish is a story, a moment of connection that honours the land, its people and their traditions. Menus are tailored to the event, region and season, incorporating local native ingredients and cultural collaboration with Traditional Owners. Suitable for up to 100 people.

Zach also delivers engaging workshops and keynote presentations that explore Indigenous cuisine, his personal journey and the stories of his ancestors. These sessions inspire reflection and connection, inviting guests to learn, participate and be part of the conversation.
