Located 54km from Taroom on Theodore Road (Leichhardt Highway), Glebe Weir is pet-friendly and offers 20 unpowered sites and 4 powered sites. The camping area is grassy and slopes gently towards the water’s edge of the Dawson River.

Spacious and level and mainly grass with plenty of shady and sunny spots. Enjoy the Dawson River from the banks, or in your tinny. This spot is guaranteed to impress!

Facilities available include toilets, showers, barbecues, picnic tables and fires allowed in built fireplaces.

No bookings required for camping. Please contact Banana Shire Council for the current fees. (There are envelopes supplied to place your booking money and details into, before placing in the secure locked box for payment).
