Kirazz Cottage

Kirazz Cottage at 2 B Buller Street, Kingscote, is a cosy old fisherman’s cottage with two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed and bedroom two has a double bed. A single bed is also situated in a curtained off part of the kitchen and another single bed is in a separate private room so sleeping for up to 6 people available. The 2 single beds are more suited for children. Linen is provided.

The cottage has a small galley style kitchen with full cooking facilities, dining table for four- six. Lounge has television, DVD player, reverse-cycle air conditioning and open fireplace. Bathroom has shower but a portable baby bath is available. Laundry has washer and dryer. Outside is a large private yard, lawn and carport to suit car or small boat, gas barbecue, outdoor setting., fish cleaning sink with hose.

Located approximately 100 metres from the Esplanade seafront overlooking Nepean Bay above and boat moorings. Close to town centre, shops, or the wharf area for jetty fishing and safe swimming at a rockpool. A little further away visit the Museum or Reeves Point historical area. Centrally located for day trips to see the wildlife, beaches, and attractions or to go fishing.
