Gravel Bay Bush Campground

Caravan, Camping and Holiday Parks

Located 10 km from Corny Point (via Corny Point Road, left onto Marion Bay Road, right onto West Beach Road, then follow Lighthouse Road past Berry Bay South and Sleeping Frog Rock), Gravel Bay Bush Campground offers a mix of accessible cliff-top sites and 4WD-only shore-based sites. The sandy track down to the shore is 4WD-only, winding along the cliff base to small, secluded campsites. Camp only on solid ground—avoid loose sand, as tides can cover sandy and gravel bays.
A toilet is available, but self-sufficient camping is recommended. The nearest dump point is at Warooka Oval, and the closest bin bank is in Corny Point (Dairy Road). If bins are full, keep rubbish at your site or use the next nearest bin bank at Warooka Oval, Minlaton Oval, or Yorketown (Weaners Flat Reserve). No phone reception at shore level—head to higher ground or Corny Point for signal.
For supplies, Corny Point offers a general store, café, tavern, oval, and public toilets, while Warooka provides a supermarket, pharmacy, butcher, hotel, petrol station, and Visitor Information Outlet.
A rugged, scenic escape for those seeking adventure and stunning coastal views!
