2 bathrooms – 1st bathroom is a 3 way bathroom with vanity, full size bath, walk in shower & separate w/c, 2nd bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, top loading washing machine and laundry sink.

Front deck with outdoor setting, outdoor lounge.

Plenty of room for parking and boats.

Shed not for guests use.

No smoking inside.

Pt Turton has a Tavern, excellent boat ramp and jetty, there is a General Store which stocks groceries, fuel, ice, bait, take away foods, delicious fresh baked goods, PO and EFTPOS facilities.

NO PETS – this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Bed configuration – bed 1 – QB, bed 2 – Tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top) and 1 single bunk, bed 3 – QB

Pillows and quilts/doonas are provided you will need to bring all your own linen – pillow cases, sheets, towels, bath mat and tea towels
