Oyster Deck Experience is operated through SA Premium Oysters and offer three different tours to suit your itinerary. The farm tour takes you to the oyster farm, a beautiful trip often accompanied by inquisitive dolphins and scenic bay views.
If the water is not for you then try the factory tour. Still get your freshly shucked oysters and local wine and all the local oyster knowledge. All without getting wet.

Visitors can learn from a genuine oyster farmer about how juicy oysters are grown and the history of the area. They can also learn how to shuck an oyster from an expert, see the oyster sorting and grading process, and pick the brains of a seasoned oyster grower. Additionally, visitors can enjoy 1/2 dozen fresh SA Premium Oysters and a glass of wine.
