Adelaide Hills Truffle Company is a family-owned and operated truffle farm nestled in the heart of Adelaide Hills wine country. Visitors can enjoy unique experiences, flavours, aromas and products, a short 30-minute drive from the city of Adelaide.

They aim to ensure that every one of their customers experiences the flavour, aroma, and overall quality that they strive (and break their backs) to produce.

Their truffles can be purchased from their farm gate (specific opening times are available on their website) or at the iconic Stirling Market during winter. Enjoy their truffles in one of the local restaurants they supply or during a Truffle Hunt and Tasting Experience on their farm.

The Truffle Hunt and Tasting Experience is an intimate, small-group event designed to immerse participants in the mystery and magic of fresh truffle.

Visitors will meet their very friendly and incredibly clever canine as she works the orchard, locating the unmistakable aroma of ripe truffles hidden beneath the soil. You will then be invited to help unearth the treasure, revealing one of the world’s most prized ingredients at its source. Then, retreat to the truffle tasting room for a curated tasting experience, where you can sample dishes that celebrate the distinctive flavours and aromas of freshly harvested truffle.
