Craft vs Science Boutique Wines is a very small scale winery based in heritage village of Bethany, Barossa Valley. Owned and operated by Stuart and Jess Bloomfield, they focus on small batch wine production with a unique approach of using traditional and hands-on winemaking techniques (the Craft) and utilising innovation, scientific research and technology (the Science) to create the highest quality wines from their family vineyard. They focus heavily on quality and sustainability, so that their new winery and old family vineyard can operate for another 6 generations and beyond. The small cellar door offers customers a beautiful setting to hear their story while enjoying the range of wines.
