Leven River Camping on Wattle Farm

Leven River Camping on Wattle Farm offers camping in an idyllic location beside the Leven River, within a 100-acre natural forested property.

The property fringes the Dial range nature recreation area and a nature conservation reserve. Camping is on river flats within a lush green ferny forested and sometimes misty valley, below Mt Duncan and Mt Lorymer. Very nearby there are popular hiking and mountain biking trails.

Adjacent to the camping area the Leven River has some of the best trout fishing in North West Tasmania. There’s places to kayak along with private river beaches to sit and relax, enjoy a paddle, swim or have a picnic.

All camping is on river flats, tents and small campervans can settle into small grassy clearings within trees. While larger vans can set up on a larger cleared grassy area. There is plenty of open space to throw a frisbee or have a game of cricket.
