Established in 2007 Sylvia’s Kitchen Tasmania is a friendly boutique home-style cooking school. Sylvia welcomes you into her own home just minutes from Launceston in the picturesque Tamar Valley.

Following her philosophy of “you are what you eat” Sylvia is a passionate self-taught chef with over 40 years of experience, cooking coach, qualified food and wine tutor, recipe developer, writer and gardener. She loves sharing her professional experience so you can achieve your full foodie potential.

Cook authentic menus using quality local ingredients with fresh herbs and edibles from Sylvia’s kitchen garden. Savour a generous meal of the delicious dishes cooked in class with a complimentary glass of wine.
