A must-visit destination when travelling through Western Australia, Mt Trio Bush Camp and Caravan Park is nestled in a tranquil bush setting on a working farm that borders the Stirling Range National Park.
Located in the heart of the Stirling Ranges, this peaceful retreat offers visitors the chance to experience the region’s renowned wildflowers and orchids. During September and October, daily Guided Orchid and Wildflower Walks are led by an experienced local guide. These walks, which require bookings, provide a unique opportunity to discover some of the 150 orchid species identified in the area over the years. The 1.5-hour return walk is graded as ‘easy’ and is suitable for most fitness levels.

Visitors can unwind with a glass of wine around the open log fire (available outside of fire restriction periods) or enjoy the communal atmosphere of the Bluff Knoll Ski Club HQ.
Conveniently located just 4.5 hours southeast of Perth and one hour northeast of Albany, Mt Trio Bush Camp and Caravan Park offers a serene and scenic escape into nature. Please note that pets are not permitted, as the property directly borders the National Park.

You will have the opportunity to see the magnificient WA orchids and wildflowers with our experienced local guide. Guided Walks operate daily at 8.30am during September and October each year.

Mt Trio Bush Camp and Caravan Park, Stirling Ranges, is situated in a peaceful natural bush enclave on a working farm bordering the Stirling Range National Park in WA Great Southern, Australia’s South West region.
Our 1 1/2 hour return walk is graded ‘easy’ and you will see some of the 150 species of orchids that have been discovered on our walks over the years.
Discounted Walks are offered for those staying at Mt Trio Bush Camp & Caravan Park. Powered and unpowered sites are available in the relaxed bush setting.
