Jambinu Tours and Publishing was created by Billy, a proud local of Geraldton with strong connections to both Aboriginal and Irish convict ancestry. A former professional fisherman who has worked the sea and walked the land, Billy is now a local historian and author dedicated to sharing the stories that shaped this region. His mission is to honour the past by guiding others through the rich landscapes, cultures and histories of the Mid West.

Departing Geraldton, we travel to Kalbarri to see the famous Kalbarri Skywalk, where we spend time and have lunch at the Skywalk Cafe [hosted by a local Nhanda man]. We also experience the Heritage Walk and learn about Aboriginal Nhanda culture. On the way to Kalbarri we will pass Pink Lake, however we will stop and spend some quality time here on the way back, visiting the Lynton Convict Hiring Station .
