St Duke’s Distillery is a small, family-run distillery based in the beautiful south-west of Western Australia. They specialize in small-batch artisanal distilling, using whey, a by-product from the cheese factory Harvey Cheese, to produce a range of delicious drinks.
As the only company in Australia using cow’s whey to produce alcohol, their products are very unique. Visit to experience these award-winning drinks for yourself.
